i still cnnt stop tinking bout d competition.. jz tat little change 2 bring us 2 semi-final.. haiz.. our strategi wrong ady.. y cn't i tink tat b4 our turn?? so stupid owh u vyonne!! haiz.. y so many ppl pro than us?? myb thy training early than r thy coach strong than ours?? me lg tiz week x go training.. i dono my hand cn feel better b4 next saturday r nt.. coz i get a information tat next saturday nid do hard d trining ady.. include sit-up, pumping n many lg.. hw cn i do it agn?? my hand gona patah loh.. do wat also pain.. i dn even cn slip well when nitez.. always wake up after 1 hour.. lol..
